WHO WE ARE

Restaurant Brands has a committed and diverse workforce of over 12,550 employees across New Zealand, Australia, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and California.

We recognise the importance of training our people and provide industry standard qualifications in food safety.  And, as always, employee safety is paramount, and we are proud to have strong injury prevention, safety awareness and active rehabilitation initiatives.
 
As an employer, Restaurant Brands strives to develop and nurture talent and ambition. Our training is rigorous and exacting, and combines study with practical training and support, assisted by regional management and assessors.  

 

Across our divisions we have restaurant managers as young as 21-22 years of age, who - thanks to the right training - manage stores with an annual turnover in excess of $4 million, and with over 20 direct reports in their team.
  
It doesn’t matter to us where an employee starts out – cooking chicken, making pizzas, burgers or tacos – if they have what it takes, there are excellent career opportunities on offer at Restaurant Brands. Much of our company’s area management have predominantly risen through the ranks, with our strong emphasis on growing from within.
